Defiling Swarm - Grim Scythe now creates whirling scythes that orbit you that deal damage to nearby enemies.

Wraithvexed - Bone Spirits now teleports you and deals damage in an area around you.

Corpse Splitter - Bone Spirits now also silences enemies and prevents their use of skills on cooldown.​​​

Off-Hand 2

Scattered Light - Skeletal mages are now untargetable, summon passively, and they sacrifice themselves to remove total loss of control effects from you.

Fateful Frame - Grim Scythe now also marks enemies causing them to take damage after they're attacked five times.

Shoulders

Cutthroat Arch - Skeletal Mages now also increase your critical hit chance when they deal damage.

Chest

Skin To Bones - Bone Spirits damage is increased each time it hits the same enemy stacking up to three times.

Legs

Ravening Silence - Grim Scythe now also causes damage over time effects to instantly trigger their full duration on hit instead of repeatedly refreshing their durations.​​​

Recommended Attribute Priority (PvP)

1. Willpower (Potency/Resistances)

2. Fortitude (Armor/Armor Penetration)

3. Intelligence (Primary/Skill Damage)

4. Vitality (Maximum Life)

Note: Willpower gives Potency which increases the duration of damage over time which is instantly triggered with this PvP build. Look for Willpower on the Angmet's Conflaguration set for more damage from instant damage over time effects.​

Recommended Sets (PvP)

1. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Deals damage over time which is instantly triggered with the Ravening Silence essence.

2. Vithu's Urges (4 Set) - Increases your beneficial effects durations by 30% and increases your attack speed after a buff.

Note: Look for yellow sockets on both of your set rings and socket them with Citrines for more potency.​

Recommended Skill Enchants

1. Wraith Form skill enchants reduce the cooldown of Wraith Form when you move which is important for PvP.

2. Grim Scythe skill enchants slow enemies by 15% for 6 seconds when it deals damage.

3. Bone Spirits skill enchants can also be used to increase the range of Bone Spirits.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Great gem that increases critical hit chance and it causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.​

3. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, temporary knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a six second duration with a 20 second cooldown.​

4. Fated Trail - Deals damage over time as a percentage of your life, shatters enemies' armor, and immobilizes enemies.

5. Blood Floe - Solid five star gem that increases damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

6. Hellbound Desire - Increases damage and movement speed with bonus damage for a six second duration.

7. Leviathan Tomb - Increases your damage for a duration and makes critical hits increase its damage bonus.

8. ​Frozen Heart - Gives a shield and chills opponents which is important for this build because it fights at close range.​

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and releases a damaging spike that causes an enemy to bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases critical hit chance.

4. Viper's Bite - A nice gem for early on that deals damage over time if you have low rank legendary gems and resonance.

5. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they take damage.

6. Mourneskull - Great legacy gem that increases your damage and it deals its own damage but it's drop disabled.

7. Igneous Scorn - Can be used with Roiling Consequence and Mother's Lament to deal damage on critical hits. Igneous Scorn is the lowest priority two star gem on this list and it should eventually be replaced with a five star gem.

8. Crimson Behelit - Strong legacy PvP gem for increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

Note: Viper's Bite isn't needed to trigger Pain Clasp because this build already has multiple sources of continuous damage. Pain Clasp is the best two star gem for PvM and Crimson Behelit is the best two star gem for PvP.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - Increases the duration of continual damage which is great for the single target setup.

2. Berserker's Eye (PvM) - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

​3. Entropic Well - A great one star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and increases your attack speed.

4. Everlasting Torment - Deals damage over time after critical hits and increases your attack speed.

5. Surging Sea - A lower priority one star gem that has a stacking skill damage increase that stacks up to 10 times.

6. Faltergrasp (PvP) - Disables opponents' dash skills on critical strikes and greatly reduces their movement speed.

7. Respite Stone (PvP) - This defensive one star gem reduces damage taken and increases block chance below 50% life.

Note: Misery Elixir is the most powerful one star gems for this build and should be replaced last. Faltergrasp is also a nice utility one star gem for PvP that slows enemies and disables their dash skills which counters multiple PvP builds.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. Resilience on the Duskprowler lowers the cooldown of the Savior skill. The Tenacity passive which lowers the cooldown of the Duskprowler shield and the Guardian passive which heals you when you drop below 50% life are also recommended to improve your damage and defenses in PvP.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - This option can have Savior for a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for more damage.

3. Ash Sweeper - Ash Sweepers are strong in PvP because they deal damage and mark an enemy reducing their damage by 20% for three seconds. They can also have 170+ Resilience which reduces the cooldown of the Savior skill.

4. Any Savior Familiar - You can use any familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills as a budget option.

5. Rare Duskprowler - Guardian is the next best familiar passive because it provides a heal when you drop below 50% life. Innervate gives a chance at resetting one of the player's cooldowns, Steel Hide gives a chance to block, Precision gives familiars critical hit chance, and Tenacity lowers the cooldown of the Duskprowler shield which are also desirable.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increase the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

You should prioritize Tourmalines for added DoT damage in red sockets and Citrines for potency in yellow sockets to increase the duration of your damage over time which is important for this build. You can also use your highest refinement Topazes for resistances. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly triggered on this build so potency is a major damage increase. You should also use Sapphires which give armor penetration in blue sockets. Refinement is determined by the quality of the normal gem and refinement increases the attributes of the gear the gem is socketed in.

Gem Notes

The Fated Trail five star gem is a solid legendary gem once you have high increased maximum life from Vitality and resonance. The fairly new Leviathan's Tomb five star gem deals more damage than Fated Trail on nearly every build. The Colossus Engine five star gem is great for increased area of effect, burst skill damage, movement speed (from its size increase), and temporary knockback immunity. The Blood Floe five star gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of increased critical hit chance and critical hit damage. When using increased critical hit chance legendary gems you should also consider rolling increased critical hit damage on your equipment using Reforge Stones for more damage. The Frozen Heart five star legendary gem is also recommended for PvP because it gives an absorb shield and it chills opponents which is helpful for survival in PvP when you're fighting opponents at close range.​
