Main Hand

Remonstrant Mace - Sweep Attack now grants you a holy flail that causes your primary attacks to sweep through enemies increasing in damage over time while also shortly making you immune to knockback and total loss of control.

Off-Hand

Torrential Refrain - Condemn now instantly triggers all continual damage on the target it hits. This causes damage over time effects to trigger their full duration instead of just refreshing their duration when you hit enemies.

Main Hand 2

Horn Splitter - Sacred Fire now also ignites enemies burning them over two seconds.

​

Off-Hand 2

Pained Sentiment (PvM) - Condemn now also increases your critical hit damage for a duration on a short cooldown.

Vilification Protocol (PvP) - Condemn now also reduces enemies movement speed by 40% for a 3 second duration.

Helmet

Zealflair - Sweep Attack now also generates a stacking absorb shield.​​

Chest

Heart of Grandeur (PvM) - Condemn now creates a lightning storm that follows you and damages nearby enemies.

Akarat's Rebuke (PVP) - Condemn now makes primary attacks fire lightning bolts that deal damage to all nearby enemies.

Shoulders

The Yawning Rose (PvM) - Judgment now calls bolts of fire to rain down in an area around you.

Sivket's Advantage (PvP) - Draw and Quarter now has greatly increased duration.

Legs

Galloping Brilliance (PvM) - Draw and Quarter now gives a holy damage aura and increases your damage.​

Harras of the Steppes (PvP) - Draw and Quarter now greatly increases your primary attack speed and makes you immune to dismounts from total loss of control effects but it also has the drawback of making you deal less damage with your skills.

Note: The Harras of the Steppes essence keeps you from being dismounted which is important for PvP.

Note: Potency from Willpower increases the duration of damage over time effects which are instantly triggered on this build.

Recommended Sets

1. Angmet's Conflagration (4 Set) - Deals damage over time which is instantly triggered with the Torrential Refrain essence.

2. Vithu's Urges (2 Set) - Increases the duration of beneficial effects on you and your party members by 30%.

3. Feasting Baron's Pack (2 Set) - Extends the duration of your harmful effects by 30% (which are instantly triggered).

Note: Angmet's Conflagration and Feasting Baron's Pack are required for instant DoT damage with Condemn.

Recommended Skill Enchants

1. Sweep Attack skill enchants cause a spinning flail that damages enemies in a medium sized area on cooldown.

2. Draw and Quarter skill enchants cause explosions while you move around on your Crusader horse.

3. Condemn skill enchants can be used to make Condemn deal increased critical hit damage to enemies below 30% life.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

2. Blood-Soaked Jade - Increases your damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.

3. Fated Trail - Deals damage over time as a percentage of your life, shatters enemies' armor, and immobilizes enemies.

4. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, temporary knockback immunity, and increased size (which increases your movement speed) for a medium duration with a 20 second cooldown.

5. Blood Floe - This five star gem increases your damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes bleed.

6. Leviathan Tomb - Increases your damage for a duration and makes critical hits increase the damage bonus.

8. Hellbound Desire - Increases damage and movement speed and has bonus damage for six seconds.

9. Void Spark (PvM) - Deals massive AoE damage that's effective for challenge dungeons, terror rifts, and speed farming.

10. Frozen Heart (PvP) - Gives an absorb shield and it chills enemies which lowers their attack and movement speed.

 

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and causes a blood spike that makes enemies bleed.

3. Specter Glass - Increases the damage taken by enemies after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

4. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase when they're hit by your attacks.

5. Grim Rhythm - Gives a stacking attack speed increase which increases the number of instantly triggered DoTs.

6. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it's drop disabled.

7. Crimson Behelit - Strong legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's also drop disabled.

8. Power & Command - Low priority two star gem that alternates between increased skill damage and primary damage.

9. Viper's Bite - A nice gem for early on that deals damage over time if you have low legendary gems and resonance.

Note: The Pain Clasp two star gem is triggered with the Heart of Grandeur chest essence. Pain Clasp, Crimson Behelit, and Mother's Lament are the top three two star gems and they should be replaced last.

Best 1 Star Legendary Gems

1. Misery Elixir - Great one star gem for this build to increase damage over time durations which are triggered instantly.

2. Berserker's Eye - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

3. Entropic Well - A great budget one star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.

4. Everlasting Torment - Deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

5. Ca'arsen's Invigoration - A lower priority one star legendary gem that increases your primary attack speed and damage.

6. Surging Sea - A lower priority one star gem that has a stacking skill damage increase that stacks up to 10 times.

7. Faltergrasp (PvP) - Disables opponents' dash skills on critical strikes and greatly reduces their movement speed.

8. Respite Stone (PvP) - A great defensive one star gem that reduces damage taken and increases your block chance.

Note: Misery Elixir is strong on this build because it increases the duration of damage over time which is instantly triggered.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the familiar lowers the cooldown of Savior. The Tenacity passive is great to lower the Duskprowler's shield cooldown. The Lingering Wounds passive can be used for increased damage but it only works on a Duskprowler if you also have the Ignition passive which burns enemies over time.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Can have Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Ash Sweeper - Ash Sweepers are strong, especially in PvP, because they damage nearby enemies and mark an enemy reducing their damage by 20% for 3 seconds. They can also have 170+ Resilience to reduce the cooldown of Savior.

4. Any Savior Familiar - You can use any familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills as an alternative.

5. Rare Duskprowler - Guardian is the next best familiar passive because it provides healing when you drop below 50% life. Innervate can reset one of the player's cooldowns, Steel Hide gives a chance to block occasionally, Precision gives critical hit chance to the familiar, and Tenacity lowers the cooldown of the Duskprowler shield which are also all desirable.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added DoT damage in red sockets and Citrines for potency to increase harmful effects durations in yellow sockets which are both very important for this build. The full duration of your damage over time will be instantly consumed on this build so potency is a major damage increase. You can also combine all of your bound Rubies which give life and use one in a red socket if it gives higher refinement. Refinement is determined by the quality of the normal gem and it increases the attributes of the gear the normal gems are socketed in. You should also socket your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires which give increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets.

Gem Notes

The fairly new Leviathan's Tomb five star gem deals more damage than Fated Trail on almost every build. The Blood Floe five star gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of increased critical hit chance and critical hit damage and its bleed damage will be instantly triggered with this build. When using multiple critical hit chance legendary gems you should also consider rolling increased critical hit damage on your equipment using Reforge Stones for more damage. The Frozen Heart five star gem is recommended for PvP for an absorb shield and it chills opponents.
