Main Hand

Xsaadh Dhuth - Rolling Surf now empowers your and your Zephyrs' primary attacks to slash with swords while giving temporary immunity to total loss of control and knockback.

Note: The Xsaadh Dhuth essence retained the Rolling Surf skill's increased movement speed. The Skein-Parter essence was heavily nerfed which made it much more difficult to maintain its increased movement speed.

Off-Hand

Coral Shenk - Crosswinds now becomes a dash attack that fires wind blades and its dash distance and number of wind blades are increased with your movement speed.

Main Hand 2

Shriekworth - Crosswinds critical hits now also shatter into four wind blades that damage nearby enemies.​

Sip of the Breath - Mist-Touched Orbs also increase your attack speed and movement speed.​

Helmet

Sumptuous Swell - Cascade now releases bursts of water around you and your Zephyrs that damage enemies.

Blessed Ashet - Cascade now also increases your movement speed by 40% for a medium duration when it hits an enemy.

Bounteous Sign - Breaker now also has a greatly reduced cooldown.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems

1. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduced damage taken below 50% life, and increased movement speed.

2. Hellbound Desire - Increases your damage and movement speed with bonus damage for a six second duration.

3. Bottled Hope - Useful for speed farming to increase your damage and movement speed when you use a buff skill.

4. Roiling Consequence - Increases your critical hit chance and causes critical hits to burn enemies.

5. Leviathan Tomb - Increases your damage for a duration and makes critical hits increase its damage bonus.

6. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, short temporary knockback immunity, and increased movement speed (from its size increase) for a medium duration on cooldown.

7. Blood Floe - Gives increased damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and causes enemies to bleed.

8. Void Spark - Deals very high AoE damage for six seconds and it increases your attack speed during its effect.

Best 2 Star Legendary Gems

1. Pain Clasp - Gives high increased damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.

2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and fires a damaging spike at an enemy that makes them bleed.

4. Specter Glass - Increases enemies' damage taken after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.

5. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase and increases damage against elites and bosses.

6. The Crucible - Deals damage when enemies are at less than 30% life and increases damage and movement speed.

7. Viper's Bite - A nice gem for early on that deals high damage over time which is strong for low resonance players.

8. Crimson Behelit - Strong legacy gem with increased damage and reduced damage taken that's drop disabled.

Note: Pain Clasp, Mother's Lament, and Specter Glass are the top 3 two star gems and should be replaced last.

Best 1 Star Starter Legendary Gems

1. Berserker's Eye - Increases all of your damage and critical hit chance but also increases your damage taken.

2. Entropic Well - A great one star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and increases your attack speed.

3. Blessed Pebble - A great gem for Tempest that increases beneficial effects durations and increases movement speed.

4. Everlasting Torment - Great budget gem that deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.

5. Ca'arsen's Invigoration - A strong one star gem that increases your primary attack speed and primary attack damage.

6. Havoc Bearer - Increases your damage and attack speed after using a dash skill for 2 seconds on a short cooldown.

Note: Berserker's Eye is a powerful one star gem that takes a ranked up five star gem to match its damage.

Best Familiars

1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive skill which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The 170+ Resilience on the Duskprowler lowers the cooldown of Savior. The Tenacity passive is recommended to lower the Duskprowler shield cooldown. The Lingering Wounds passive can also be used for more damage but it requires the Ignition passive on Duskprowlers to burn enemies over time to work.

2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Look for Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.

3. Any Savior Familiar - You can use any familiar with the Savior passive fora  cheat death as a budget option.

4. Rare Duskprowler - Guardian is the next best familiar passive because it can give a heal when you drop below 50% life. Innervate gives a chance to reset one of your skill cooldowns, Phalanx increases your damage and defenses, Precision gives your familiar critical hit chance, and Tenacity lowers the cooldown of the Duskprowler shield which are also desirable.

Note: Broodtalons and Skitterwights have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems

Prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and a combination of Citrines and Topazes which give potency and resistances for the highest refinement. Potency increases the duration of harmful effects on enemies and resistances reduce the duration of harmful effects on you. You should also use your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires for increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets. You can combine all of your bound Rubies which give increased life and socket one or two of them in your equipment if they give higher refinement. Normal gems give refinement based on their gem quality and refinement increases the attributes on the equipment that the gems are socketed in.

Gem Notes

The Blood-Soaked Jade, Hellbound Desire, and Bottled Hope five star gems are important for this build because they give increased movement speed and this is a speed farming build. The Colossus Engine gem is also excellent for this build because it gives increased skill damage, area of effect, movement speed (from its size increase), and gives temporary knockback immunity. The Blood Floe five star gem is a great option when it's combined with multiple sources of increased critical hit chance and critical hit damage. When using multiple legendary gems that increase your critical hit chance you should also consider rolling increased critical hit damage on all available equipment slots for more damage.​
