Spiteful Sacrifice Primary Warlock Guide
Spiteful Sacrifice Primary Warlocks are the new meta raid build and they now beat Summoner Warlocks for single target damage. The build uses Spiteful Sacrifice, Blood Offering, Siphon Life, and Warp Strike and synergizes the damage of the Warlock Soulgorger minion. Spiteful Sacrifice improves your primary attack, Blood Offering repeatedly duplicates your Soulgorger minion, Warp Strike gives your Soulgorger minion an AoE attack each time you use your primary attack, and Siphon Life transfers some of your primary attack power to your Soulgorger which empowers its primary attacks.

Paragons & Legendary Skills: Spiteful Sacrifice Primary Warlock Build

1. Slinger is the best damage paragon for this build because it increases damage based on your distance to the target.
2. Gladiator is the best PvP paragon tree for this build because it gives a cheat death and it helps with losses of control.
3. Vanquisher is the best paragon tree for increased magic finding and gives increased damage and attack speed on kills.
4. Harbinger can be used in Erebban for an absorb shield, movement speed, and to move unhindered through enemies.
5. Survivor is great for Vanguard when you have a low charm because it provides a cheat death that works in Vanguard.
6. The best legendary skill for this build is Overloaded which increases your primary attack speed on cooldown.

1. Shepherd's Call To Wolves (6 Set) - Increases your minions' damage, increases your critical hit chance for each minion you have out, and increases your minions' attack speed by 60% for a long duration on a long cooldown.

Skill Enchants
1. Blood Offering skill enchants are the best for this raid build because they increase your minions' primary attack speed.
2. Siphon Life skill enchants create an aura around the target that damages enemies and slows their movement speed.
3. Warp Strike skill enchants lower the cooldown of Warp Strike by 0.1 seconds when your Soulgorger attacks.
Note: The Warp Strike skill enchant is only needed if you lack increases to your beneficial effect duration.

Best 5 Star Legendary Gems
1. Roiling Consequence - Great gem that increases your critical hit chance and causes your critical hits to burn enemies.
2. Blood-Soaked Jade - Gives increased damage, reduces damage taken below 50% life, and increases movement speed.
3. Hellbound Desire - Increases damage and movement speed with bonus damage for a six second duration.
4. Leviathan Tomb - Increases your damage for a duration and makes critical hits increase its damage bonus.
5. Gloom Cask - Deals damage with your primary attack for a duration and increases primary attack damage.
6. Colossus Engine - Gives increased skill damage, increased area of effect, increased movement speed (from its size increase), and short temporary knockback immunity for a medium duration on cooldown.
7. Blood Floe - This five star gem increases damage, critical hit chance, critical hit damage, and makes enemies bleed.
8. Fated Trail - Deals damage as a percentage of your life, immobilizes enemies, and increases their damage taken.​​
Best 2 Star Legendary Gems
1. Pain Clasp - Great gem that increases damage against enemies that have a continuous damage effect on them.
2. Mother's Lament - Increases your critical hit chance and casts a damaging blood spike that causes an enemy to bleed.
3. Fervent Fang - Gives enemies a stacking damage taken increase and increases damage against bosses and elites.
4. Specter Glass - Increases enemies' damage taken after critical hits and increases your critical hit chance.
5. Bloody Reach - Increases your damage based on how far away you are from the target.
6. Viper's Bite - This two star gem deals damage over time and it's a great option early on if you have low resonance.​
7. Mourneskull - This legacy gem can be used to increase your damage and deal damage but it's drop disabled.
8. Crimson Behelit - Strong legacy gem that gives increased damage and reduced damage taken but it's drop disabled.
Note: Pain Clasp is the best PvM two star legendary gem and Crimson Behelit is the best PvP two star legendary gem.

Best 1 Star Starter Legendary Gems
1. Berserker's Eye - Increases all of your damage and your critical hit chance but it also increases your damage taken.
2. Ca'arsen's Invigoration - This gem increases your primary attack speed and this is a primary attack build.
3. Everlasting Torment - A great budget gem that deals damage over time on critical hits and increases your attack speed.
4. Entropic Well - A great budget one star legendary gem that increases your skill damage and attack speed.
5. Faltergrasp (PvP) - Disables opponents' dash skills on critical hits and significantly reduces their movement speed.

Best Familiars
1. Savior Duskprowler - Look for a 170+ Resilience legendary Duskprowler with the Savior passive which provides a cheat death and temporary damage immunity. The Resilience is important because it lowers the cooldown of Savior. The Tenacity passive is great to lower the Duskprowler's shield cooldown. The Lingering Wounds passive can be used for increased damage but it only works on a Duskprowler if you also have the Ignition passive which burns enemies over time.
2. Broodtalon/Skitterwight - Look for Savior which provides a cheat death and Lingering Wounds for increased damage.
3. Ash Sweeper - Ash Sweepers are strong for PvP because they damage nearby enemies and mark one enemy reducing their damage by 20% for 3 seconds. They can also have 170+ Resilience which reduces the cooldown of Savior.
4. Any Savior Familiar - You can use any familiar with Savior for a cheat death and great passive skills as a budget option.
5. Rare Duskprowler - Guardian is the next best familiar passive because it can heal you when you drop below 50% life. Innervate can reset one of the player's cooldowns, Phalanx increases your damage and defenses, Precision gives the familiar critical hit chance, and Tenacity lowers the cooldown of the familiar active skill which are also all desirable passives.
Note: Skitterwights and Broodtalons have status effects over a duration which increases the duration of Lingering Wounds.

Normal Gems
You should prioritize Tourmalines for added damage in red sockets and use a combination of Citrines and Topazes for potency and resistances in yellow sockets for the highest refinement. Potency increases the duration of harmful effects on enemies and resistances decrease harmful effects durations on you. Citrines for potency are better if you only care about PvM damage but resistances are much more important for PvP fights. You should also use your highest refinement Aquamarines and Sapphires for increased armor and armor penetration in blue sockets. Normal gems give refinement based on their quality and refinement increases the attributes on the equipment the normal gems are socketed in.

Gem Notes
The Hellbound Desire and Blood-Soaked Jade five star gems increase your damage and they're important for increased movement speed. The fairly new Leviathan's Tomb five star gem deals more damage than the Fated Trail five star gem on nearly every build but Fated Trail also has the advantage of immobilizing enemies. The Gloom Cask five star gem is also stronger than normal on this build because it deals damage with your primary attacks and this is a primary attack build. When using multiple increased critical hit chance legendary gems like Roiling Consequence and Blood Floe you should also consider rolling increased critical hit damage on every piece of equipment with Reforge Stones for more damage.​
